Terms of Warranty:
- All the products are only warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is valid, if installed by an authorised Brazo dealer/outlet in India.
- The warranty is not valid for any damages are due to misuse, overdriving, mishandling, exposer to extreme temperatures, natural calamities, accidental & physical damage such as fire, water leakage etc.
- To claim the warranty, the user has to produce purchase invoice along with filled & stamped warranty card. In the absence of duly filled card & invoice, the warranty claim will not be valid.
- The warranty does not entitle the user a replacement or refund of the purchase amount.
- The warranty will be void if the product has been tampered or repaired by an outside person/company not authorised by Tekstar Global Pvt. Ltd. or if the company security seal is broken.
- Any dispute under this warranty is subject to the jurisdiction of Civil Courts at Delhi.
- Warranty of any product is not valid if purchased ONLINE / E-commerce site
